Citizens can file a Right-To-Know request by fax, electronic mail as a Microsoft Word or PDF attachment, in person or via the U.S. mail.

Requests will also be accepted if submitted on the Uniform Request Form available on the State's Office of Open Records website at http://openrecords.state.pa.us , under FORMS.
To File An Appeal:
If the City's Open Records Officer denies a record, or a portion of a record, the requestor can file an appeal with the Pennsylvania Office of Open Records within 15 business days of the mailing date of the City's response.
